Looking for a bedroom for male Stanford affiliate starting July

My friend coming from Germany is coming to work as research assistant for Econ. Dept. He wants to look for a room on/close to campus to move in on July 1st. for at least two months. He will be working for at least a year.
He is super clean and quite, and will be eligible as sublicensee.
