Looking for a female housemate for the academic year $2200/mo + utilities. Move in between August 18th - September 1st.

The private room is in a completely renovated 2 bedroom home centrally located near Menlo Park. The home is a charming farmhouse-inspired bungalow on a quiet, one-way street with lots of parking. It is blocks away from the shopping and dining at Woodside Plaza with easy access to downtown Redwood City, Highway 280, and 101. This is a 20 minute bike ride/ 10 minute drive to Stanford/ University Ave/ California Ave business districts.

I am a female business professional working in Palo Alto. I enjoy painting, hiking, playing volleyball with friends, and shopping. I am a quiet person and enjoy my sleep/ rest. I am hoping to find a good fit for someone working on the Peninsula! If I am not working, I am taking fitness classes or hanging with friends.
