My four friends and I are looking for a fifth housemate in a beautiful place in Forest Hill.

The house is amazing – 4,000 square feet, three stories, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, huge common spaces, in one of the safest and most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. It's close to the muni and the 280, so it's easy to get to the Financial District or drive to Palo Alto.

And at $2,000 per person per month for a dream home, it's much better than a micro-studio in the Tenderloin ;)

Here are some values that mean a lot to me, and I hope to share them with my housemates:
