We are looking for a roommate in our 4BR/3BA house in the heart of Sunnyvale. The room will be available September 1st. It will be 1600 and a deposit of 2000.

The house is brand new (1 year old, but hasn’t been used yet) and is located at S Mathilda and El Camino in a quiet neighborhood. Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Chipotle, Walgreens, Sprouts and much more is in walking distance! Easy commute to Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Amazon etc.
The bedroom is unfurnished, has a closet. There is also a large backyard for BBQs or just hanging out. We have a washer and dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and some storage space in the garage.

A bit about who you’ll be living with…

1. Male, mid 20’s, professional in tech, gym, climbing, tennis, guitar, cooking
2. Male, mid 20’s, works in automotive, cycling, tennis, outdoors, drums, cooking.
3. You!

This is a super chill household, we all like each other but also like our space.
Ideally we are looking for someone is his 20s or early 30s who also lives a busy lifestyle, is outgoing and enjoys having the occasional drink or two. Especially music might become important in our house, so if you also like it, that’s definitely a plus. ;-)
No pets and no smoking, not allowed by landlord.
