House location: Park Blvd--SO close to Happy Donuts, Goodwill, Grocery Outlet, YMCA...oh but maybe you care more about proximity to the Cal Ave. Caltrain Station, Mountain View, Menlo Park, 101, 280, Grace Pres, or an EASY BREEZY 20 minute bike ride to Stanford?

More info:The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a garage (so much storage), wood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with marble counters and a beautiful gas stove (great for cooking roommate dinners)

The room that is available is on the cozy side probably 10x10 and works best with a twin bed. Laundry in the garage--stop hoarding quarters. Rent $1400/mo, utilities <$100/mo.

More Info: Flexible move in date but by April 30 preferred. Would love someone looking for housing for more than a couple months.

Even More info: two 26/27 year old women who first and foremost appreciate quality time with people; we also like being spontaneous and getting outside. We both work at Stanford (business school and a nurse) and love the location of this house.
