I'm a female senior looking for an apartment off campus this upcoming school year. I am looking for a place in the Mountian View area (preferably), and I'm hoping to find a place that's affordable. My price rang is 800 and lower (preferably $700), and I have a couple of places in mind. I'm looking for another female roommate to apartment hunt with me (no males). Here's a little about myself:

I'm a writer so I value a quiet space for working/writing. I usually wake up early to workout (6-7 am) and I go to bed early. Also, I cook daily and sometimes I invite friends over for wine and dinner. I don't party/go out at all, but it's fine if you do as long as you don't bring the party back with you. I am looking for a roommate who will agree on not having male overnight guests, including significant others. I am definitely LGBT friendly, and I enjoy talking about race, class, gender inequality and privilege. In my spare time I read, nap and watch Netflix. I alternate between being talkative and not feeling the need to communicate/socialize for days. I keep the kitchen clean although not always neat. I try to straighten up at least once a week (and I clean my room once a week).
