Looking for a male roommate for a potential 2 BR/2BA in Mountain View

I am a 6th year PhD student looking for a fellow graduate student/post doc to find a 2 BR/2BA apt in Mountain View, preferably close to the Cal Train station (at least 15 mins walking distance). My budget is up to $1900 total (including utilities). I have found some options that sound promising (one of the higher end options is $3100 a month), and would be interested in touring apartments together. Would love to meet with you to discuss roommate preferences (for me, the only hard requirements I have are 1. non-smoker 2. Considerate on noise at 11PM-6AM 3. Passable cleanliness standards) to determine if we would make good housemates.
