It's 3 miles away from Stanford. 950 sqft. It is walking distance to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants (Mexican, pizza, BBQ, Vietnamese, sushi, etc). Target and Costco are about 1 mile away. You will have access to 2 garages, reserved parking spots, large storage closet, and patio. Utilities not included (estimated to be about $125 per person). Furniture can be provided if desire.
