Looking for a room in an existing share or a roommate — Caltrain corridor (SF to Redwood City), September move-in

Hi! I'm a recent female Stanford GSB grad looking to move closer to SF for a full-time role. I'm looking for either a roommate for a 2BR/2BA or a room with private bathroom in an existing shared apartment.

What I'm looking for:

• Location within easy walking distance of a Caltrain station (San Francisco, San Mateo, or Redwood City all work well)
• Budget up to $3,500/month all-in for a 1BR, or a comparable per-person share for a 2BR
• Move-in September, 12-month lease preferred
• Ideally living with a female working professional, easygoing but respectful of quiet time
