Looking for a room/roommate in a 2BR/3BR apt near Stanford/Caltrain

Hi there, I'm a staff member at one of the schools, looking for a room near the main Stanford campus or near any of the Caltrain stations (including San Francisco).

I'm happy to share an apartment with one or two more people. Budget: ~$1,350 but can go up.

duration:
year-long lease from Aug 1 preferably but a little later is okay too (short-term lease also okay)

• male
• neat, clean and tidy in shared spaces
• willing to share a bathroom
• early 30s
• enjoys watching tv, movies, hikes, nature
• sociable but not garrulous

looking for someone who:

• any gender welcome
• is neat
• is okay with visiting guests or overnight guests (which will be rare, if any at all)
• is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ-friendly
