My name is Isaac Saito, I'm a graduate student in a school in Dallas, Texas and looking for a room sublet / share since I got an internship in Mountain View (IT lab at Toyota). I heard about supost.com from a friend in Stanford, and asked him to post this here.

Preference:

• From July 3 until December 22, 2011.
  <- Only certain interval is fine too. Esp. after September is welcomed.
• Need a parking (can pay for it)
• Nice if furnished (bed and study desk) but not required.

I will:

• Pay full rent if sublet, or requested amount if share. Ideally $1.2K/M, but can negotiate.
• Work during daytime weekdays, and frequently fly back to Dallas on weekends.
• Not bring party home. Do not care parties at home (rather welcome).
