We are looking for one roommate for a 3-bedroom apartment. The room will be available starting in April 1, 2018. The rent is $1080/month + utilities and internet, and there is a $1000 security deposit at move-in. Please find the details below:

The location: It is located at Ventura Ave. (Palo Alto), and very convenient to university, companies (such as Facebook, Google, Tesla, etc.), transportation, groceries, and coffee shops. For instance, Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, Papa John’s Pizza, Happy Donuts, etc. are at walking-distance. Walmart, Trader Joe’s, and Safeway are only at 5-minute drive. The location is at biking-distance to the university, and there are also many bus stops close to the house.

The house: It is a 3-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, large dining area, living room, patio, bathroom, and multiple storage. There is a co-op laundry facility downstairs (it is so cheap!!). There is one parking spot assigned to this house. The kitchen is decorated with a refrigerator, stove-oven, coffee maker, and microwave. You will have full-access to the kitchen, and you can also bring your stuff.

Room: It is really large, and has full access to the patio. It will be unfurnished/semi-furnished (depending on your preference). At move-in, $1080/month (rent) + $1000 (security deposit). The utilities are not included to the rent.

Us: We are working at Stanford School of Medicine. Easy-going people and non-smokers.

New roommate: If you are interested, please send us a brief info about yourself and your move-in date. We can schedule to meet and see the room. Long-term stay is preferred, but we can discuss if you are also interested in a short-term (6 months at least).
