Hi! I'm a recent Stanford grad signing a new lease for a 2nd floor 2B2B at the "Sofi Sunnyvale" apartment complex near Wolfe and El Camino.
About me:
I'm an engineer at Apple, who enjoys games, drinks, food, and generally relaxing when outside the office. I've got plans to convert the apartment's walk-in storage space into a small prototyping lab, and I love to talk shop.
About the apartment:
The complex has all the amenities you'd expect, with a great price for the area. The apartment is in a good location, within 25 minutes to all the big employers of the area (as well as Stanford), and easy access to Mountain View and San Jose. It is a quieter community with a lot of young professionals and families.
The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and fixtures are all modern and in great shape. I already have furniture to outfit the common areas and kitchen, and you would have a master bedroom and bathroom for yourself (with plenty of storage and closet space). Only one underground garage space is reserved per apartment, but we can work that out if everything else looks good (tons of open parking in the complex). There's also a wood-burning fireplace!
Availability starts this Friday (10/13/17), and I'm looking for someone to come on for the entirety of the lease (11 months).
The rent is $1450/month before utilities, with a $350 deposit.
