I'm looking for a roommate to sign a 1-year lease with for a 2-Br, 1-Bath near downtown Menlo Park. The lease would start August 1st, though there is flexibility on the move-in date.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood (Florence Lane) and is walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's, Draeger's, and downtown Menlo Park. There is washer and dryer in building, and the apartment comes with a detached storage and a dedicated, off-street parking spot.

The bills typically come to: $1325 (rent), about $60 / mo for utilities (Internet, and gas & electricity). There is a one-time deposit of $822.50.

I'm a PhD student in Electrical Engineering, and (would like to think) am a clean, quiet, and respectful person. Looking for a roommate who is low key and the same. Thanks!
