The ground floor is the living room, the size is about 12 ft X 13 ft. we are in the upstairs bedroom. Actually, the living room is just like a bedroom, you will have your own bathroom. Nobody will enter the living room.

Cooking is OK, We will cook together or in turns.

We are two males as Visiting Scholar in Stanford University. We prefer you are Chinese.

Your rent share $800 per month (including such as high speed internet, water, heating, electricity and so on)
