We're looking for a 3rd roommate to move into a 3BR townhouse in Menlo Park/PA (Monthly Rent ~ $4200 / 3br - 1650ft² - tentative)

Note: The place isn't confirmed yet but we figured living in a 3 BR townhouse would be a lot nicer than living in a 2 BR apt. So if you're interested in living with us/looking for a nicer, larger place with us, please contact me. We'll be looking to move in sometime mid-May (negotiable), preferably for a 6 month lease.
