The apt is 2 bed, 1 bath with a little backyard and one off street parking spot that we would share.

The apt is furnished, except for the bedroom.

Location is great! 10-15 min walk to downtown RWC and Cal Train station. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Safeway and Sequoia Station shops.

Looking for a one year commitment please. Rent will be $1650, plus a down-payment of $1475 (this can be split up over 2 months). Water and garbage are included, we pay internet & electricity. Super fun location and nice property! Look forward to chatting with you :)
