Hi everyone, I am an incoming postdoctoral researcher at Stanford searching for a comfortable living space starting around August 22, 2026.

I am looking for:

• A studio, a 1B1B, or a private bedroom with a private bathroom.
• Location within a 20-minute bike commute to campus.
• A 12-month lease preferred, but open to 6+ months.
• Ideally around $2,000/month, depending on the place.

About me: I'm a 29-year-old Chinese male. I'm clean, quiet, responsible, and easy to get along with. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and always keep my living space tidy. Most of my time will be spent working in the lab, exercising, or relaxing at home, so I'm a respectful and low-maintenance housemate.
