Looking for car under $10k and less than 10 years old

I am looking to buy a car that is well-maintained and less than 10 years old. Preferably less than 100,000 miles on it.

If you are selling and moving soon, I can arrange to buy it before you leave. I am a Stanford graduate student living in San Francisco, so we can arrange a time for me to see the car on campus. I will be using it in CA.
