We're a couple (two women) getting close to securing a lease on a 2bd/2ba in Redwood City and wanted to find another couple to sign the lease with us and share the place with us. We're approaching our mid-20's and are fun, easy-going, and clean people. We want to live with people who we can be friends with and maybe even occasionally be able to cook together/play board games/etc. The place is a 2-minute bike ride to the Redwood City Caltrain station (so you can easily commute throughout the peninsula) and a 4-minute bike ride to downtown Redwood City (what more can you ask for?). Grocery stores, a movie theater, restaurants, and parks are all within a 5-15 minute bike ride. Seriously a great location. The place has new hardwood floors, new fridge, new washer, new dryer, a gas stove (if you enjoy cooking then you'll know how awesome this is), and is located on a quiet street. The two bedrooms are both large with nice big windows and a lot of storage space (one bedroom even has two closets). We have quite a bit of furniture so a lot of the place will come furnished, but your bedroom will not be furnished. One carport and plenty of street parking (we don't have a car so it's all yours if you need the carport).

$1,340/month + utilities (split between all of us - usually $200-$250/month)

No smoking, no drugs (we're 420 friendly, but that's it), and alcohol is OK since we do enjoy kicking back with wine/beer after a long day.

Must love dogs since we do have a dog.
