I am looking at these amazing modern apartments in SOMA at a complex called Avalon Mission Bay. Wanted to find a like-minded young professional roommate to share a 2bdr with me.
They run for $3800-$4000 for a bedroom 2 bath. Utilities will probably total out to an extra $100 per person.
