Hello all. I am an incoming first year Ph.D. student (female) looking for a fellow grad student who is interested in sharing a 2bed/1bath apartment off-campus. Ideally, we would sign a 2 year lease and be in the apartment long term. The apartment is half of a home that is located 2 blocks from one of the main streets in downtown Palo Alto.

Where: In terms of biking - 1 minute to downtown, 2 minutes to Whole Foods, 5 minutes to Trader Joe's, 5 minutes to the CalTrain station, and 12 minutes to the center of campus.

How Much: $1375/person/month

About the Apt: It's a cute little California bungalow with lots of character (hardwood floors, built in shelving, huge windows, etc.), a stone patio with a table and chairs outside, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and laundry in the basement.

About Me: I'm a vegetarian, but don't mind if you're not. As for maintaining the apartment, cleanliness & open communication are very important to me!
