My roommate and I have a house in EPA (3B2B). The room were are renting has a shared bathroom. One thing we really value is cleanliness and communication. So we ideally want a roommate who is respectful of our privacy as well as public spaces.

Can come partially furnished, if you want (as shown in the first picture)

A little bit more about the place:

1. Parking for your car (huge parkway)
2. washer/dryer in garage
3. The place is located in East Palo Alto about 5 miles away from the Stanford campus (20 min drive, possibly 25-30 minute bike)
4. Utilities shouldn't be more than $90 a person, assuming we are mindful of usage.
5. Shared kitchen - bakers are welcomed!
6. HUGE Backyard, in case you ever want to have a get together
7. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet

We are looking for preferably another woman with a stable job that can sign a lease and pay 1st month's rent starting Jan 1 (or a bit earlier). No couples. Female identifying people only please. Security deposit: $1267
Utilities: $70-90 (PG and E, Wifi)
Current lease ends in August 2019, but you do have the option to extend.
