Looking for a roommate for one of the new 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartments in EVGR. These are referred to as the "EVGR Junior Studios." Basically two studios with a shared kitchen connecting them.

I can exempt you from the lottery as long as you are a graduate student with years of housing priority remaining.

Qualities I'm looking in for in a roommate:

• Good communicator
• Likes clean common areas, cleans after themselves thoroughly when they use common areas
• Not judgmental
