A friend and I are incoming residents (pediatrics and plastic surgery) and we're applying for a home in Stanford Weekend Acres. It's 3bd, 2bath so we're looking for a third housemate to move in with us. Rent would be around $1400 each (possibly a bit more or less depending on the sizes of the rooms). Hoping to find someone for the full year if possible and start the lease around June 1.

The home has ample parking, a yard, big kitchen, washer and dryer, and is about 1-2 miles from central Stanford campus and 2.5 miles from the hospital. We are one male and one female, and anyone is welcome to reach out! We are both easy-going, clean, social people with lots of hobbies outside the hospital but we will definitely be working a lot.
