Looking for housemates to Join a Large House in Midtown Palo Alto

We have two rooms available in our 7Br/6Ba 4,000+ sq ft home in Midtown Palo Alto starting May 21.

Bedroom 1: $1783 + utilities (e.g. electricity, water, trash, internet)
A private bedroom (123 sq ft) and a private bathroom adjacent to the room on the 1st floor. Bedroom comes with its own closet for storage.

Bedroom 3: $1660 + utilities (e.g. electricity, water, trash, internet)
A private bedroom (125 sq ft) and a shared bathroom adjacent to the room on the 2nd floor. Bedroom comes with its own closet.

We have several large living rooms, several fridges to store everyone's food, and we also have an open floor plan kitchen (fully loaded with many pots + pans + plates, etc).

While the room includes a closet, we do not have a lot of storage, so the ideal applicant should be able to store everything in their room. The bedroom will not be furnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished with sofas, tables, and a Japanese-style sitting area (with tatami mats and a kotatsu).

The current lease has also recently been extended to October 2023.

The situation with the COVID-19 pandemic is always evolving, but we do require housemates to be fully vaccinated (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) and to follow all CDC, federal, state, and local mandates and guidelines in order to keep everyone as safe as possible.
