Looking for Housing in SF

Hello! My roommates and I are recent Stanford grads looking for a 3/4 bedroom apartment in San Francisco. We are looking for something around 10K (or lower), but are flexible. The neighborhoods we're interested in are Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Mission Dolores, Duboce Triangle, Hayes, Marina, Pac Heights, etc - we're pretty flexible, but are looking for good locations to commute to FiDi. If anyone knows any leads or has a lease that's about to end, we'd love to know. Thank you!
