Hi! I’m an incoming postdoctoral researcher at Stanford Biomedical Data Science looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment in Palo Alto or nearby, ideally with an easy commute to Stanford. I’m hoping to move in sometime between October 7 and October 25, and I’m open to either a sublet/lease takeover or a longer-term lease. I would ideally like to stay for several months to a year, with the possibility of staying longer. Hey, I’m Austin and I’m a Canadian MSc student (22M) coming to Stanford for a visiting research stay this fall. I’m looking for approximately 2 months of housing from mid-October to mid-December, with some flexibility on either end. I’m looking for a furnished room somewhere near Stanford. My budget is about $1,500/month. I’m happy to live alone or with roommates and share common spaces. I’ve lived with roommates for the last 5 years; I’m pretty dialed with keeping my things clean and very easygoing. As for me personally, I like cooking, working out, going out socially, listening to & playing music, and general chilling. If you have anything that might be a good fit, please let me know!

Kia ora everyone! I am a female PhD student from New Zealand looking for a private room or sublet with access to a kitchen and washer and dryer starting early October for 6 months. The location should ideally be on or close to campus because I won't be driving while I'm over there. I am a pretty chill person, like my own time, clean and respectful of others people space.
