Within walking distance to three grocery stores.
Easy access to 85, 280 and Foothill expressway.
The 1700 ft2 house has three bedrooms and two baths; a large rear deck; a barbecue grill; and outdoor furniture.

The housemate will have the largest of the three bedrooms which has a large walk-in closet and its own shower bathroom. I will be using the two small bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The large bedroom is the same size as the combined 2 small bedrooms.

The bedroom is furnished with furniture and linens.
