What: A lovely six-bedroom house on the border of Menlo Park and Palo Alto yearns for a new tenant or two. We have several different rooms available, one bigger room with a connected washroom, one comfortable room with a beautiful balcony just outside and another, more economically priced room. We have all the important amenities, two washers and two driers, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of driveway space, wireless internet, movie channels on TV. . .

Who: Four young gentlemen- two Stanford grads ('08) and two current masters students. We have lived here for more than three years and the place feels more like a home than a house.

How much: Between $600 and $1200, depending on the room.

Where: Just off Chaucer and University Ave, about a seven minutes drive from Stanford, three minutes from the University Ave or Willow Ave exits on 101.

Notable items of note: We are all very easygoing and tolerant. We love art and music and the house definitely reflects this. We have the most wonderful kitten in the world, Juicebox, who is very friendly. She is an indoor kitty. We share everything so anything in the house is yours to use / consume, but if you'd like your stuff to stay separate that's cool too. We have a nice front and backyard including a trampoline you can flip on. There is a great market, cafe, and 2 parks down the street within walking distance. Things are pretty quiet during the day (school, work) but there is usually activity in the evenings and weekends. There are often friends passing through the house, crashing on the couch, etc. so feel free to invite people over whenever. We love cooking in the evenings especially bbq. We like to keep the place clean and it is not a typical bachelor-pad pigsty. Open minded boys and girls of all flavors are welcome.
