Looking for open room lease near campus

Hello!

I’m a college grad (22M) starting a job at a Stanford lab. I’m looking for an open room less than 20 minutes from campus, preferably with a private bathroom or shared with one person. My budget is $2000, 1-2 year lease, and I’m hoping to move in by June 27th. I am open to apartments or homes. I am clean, don’t smoke, quiet, and easy going. My interests include: video games, working out, sewing, and coffee.
