Our house is close to University Ave and highway 101. We are looking for a fourth roommate. The house is cute and pretty clean, right now there are three professional women living here with a wide range of ages. There are two bathrooms, a nice kitchen with dishwasher/stove, a washer and dryer unit, and a backyard. Two cats live here.

Utilities are not included in price. We are a pretty tight knit house and are looking for someone we think would fit in and be fun to live with.
