Looking for Palo Alto rental Jan 1 to March 31 2023

I'm a Stanford Medicine faculty member looking for housing for my father for 3 months (Jan 1 to March 31) in Palo Alto preferably in Professorville/Downtown North/Community Center/Old Palo Alto/Crescent Park neighborhoods. Ideally seeking 1 BR/1 BA unit (apartment/house/cottage/ADU) with off street parking. Furnished unit preferred but unfurnished would be okay. Start and end dates are somewhat flexible.
