Looking for private bedroom and bathroom under $2500, with two cats

Hi friends! My current lease ends on Aug 16 and I'm looking for a new place to live; I know I'm posting this quite late—can make September work.
I do come with two cats, an 8 yo brave, sociable boy and a 1 yo shy girl, with ESA letters. Happy to keep them in my room if necessary. I'd really appreciate a private bedroom and bathroom under $2500 in a 2b2b or a group house, bikeable to campus or Caltrain stations; SF works too. Queer friendly is a plus!
A bit about me: I'm a woman in her early 30s; currently a postdoc working in climate policy. I really like movies, reading, going outside, dogs, video games, trying to sketch and do crafts, trying to cook, and trying new things. I'm respectful of boundaries and very clean. I love people and would like to cook and hang out with roommates, but I also really value alone time and like to stay in my room and chill with the cats.
