Looking for private housing from March 3 to May 31, budget 3000$

Hello! I am an incoming PhD student looking for private housing (e.g., studio or 1B1B apartment) from March 3 to May 31, on-campus or within 10 min biking distance to campus. Ideally furnished with basic items such as bed. Willing to pay up to 3000$ if you have an offering that satisfies the requirements.
