Currently looking for a clean, easygoing housemate to takeover my lease in a shared 2BR/2BA apartment in Mountain View. Available: April 6th.

About the apartment:

• Base Rent: $1186 + ~$200 for utilities (water, gas, trash, electricity, gas and Internet). (total rent currently paying: $2372+utlities).
• Covered car park
• Lease until: 30 June 2022 with option to renew
• Big balcony
• Laundry on site
• swimming pool on site
• walking distance to Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Kohl’s
• 1.5 miles from Mountain View Caltrain station and 0.75 miles from San Antonio Caltrain station
• No smoking

You will be sharing the apartment with a male, very easy-going, Postdoc working at the Stanford University.
