My name is Agnès. I am looking for 2 or 3 roommates to share an apartment in West Menlo Park, near Stanford University and Stanford shopping center.
Safeway, Starbucks, … are at walking distance.

I am a French teacher in Palo Alto.
I am very clean, responsible and quiet.
I love to read, watch TV, going out. I travel a lot during my breaks.
I am very independent but I also like to spend some time with my roommates.

One roommate will have her own room and will share the bathroom with me. The price for this room is around 1 000 dollars a month.

There is also the master bedroom with its own bathroom to rent. The price for this room is around 1 500 dollars a month. This room can be shared if somebody is interested. That would split the price in half. I had two roommates who have shared the room for a long time. They are college students.

The rooms are not furnished.

The utilities would be around 50 dollars a month if we are 4 roommates.

There are facilities at the place (inside the apartment) as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher…

In the complex, you will have a pool, a spa and a place where you can work out.
