I am looking to sign a lease for a 2b/2b apartment in sunnyvale (0.3 mi from cal train station). I am looking for roommates who can join to sign a new lease starting April 1st.
The individual can opt for a single room or a shared room. Rent expected for a shared room would be 700$+utilities and single room is 1400$+utilities.
