Looking for roommate (1B1B) in a 2B2B apartment (Mayfield Luxury Apt)

Hello! I'm looking for a person to take over my room (one bedroom with own bathroom) in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor of Mayfield Luxury Apartment complex located in one of Palo Alto's safest neighborhoods, near California Avenue.
You will be living with a female professional in mid-20s (my current roommate who is occupying the other bedroom and bathroom).

Deposit: $1700
Move-in Date: Sunday October 9th
Lease: At least 1 year preferred

5-7 minute walk to California Avenue Caltrain Station
9 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Stanford
10 minutes by car to Google and many other tech companies
Numerous restaurants, Mollie Stones market, postal office, within 3 blocks etc
Within 5 minutes walking distance to bus stops (free shuttles run in this area too)
5 minutes drive to Freeway exit
