I'm a medical trainee at Stanford hospital looking for a female roommate, must be a clean, quiet non-smoker and ok with my 5 yo 25lb mixed Shepard-Chihuahua pup.

Lease starts 5/16 but tenant can start on June 1st, 2018 with prorated rent for those two weeks in May, with plan for a lease through July 16th, 2019. Rent does not include utilities (PGE/water/wifi) or the trash valet service at $25/month split between us. Ideally, your budget would accommodate someone to clean 2-4x/month else we can split those responsibilities. Parking would be alternating monthly between the one reserved parking spot and either guest parking in the community parking lot vs street parking and alternatively reserved parking is available at 100/month. Bike storage is included in the unit itself.

Location is 15 min drive to campus without having to get on the highway. Right by Facebook.

The bedroom is unfurnished but living room will be my dining set/sofa.

11'7" x 12' bedroom, private full bath with tub, average closet space, washer/dryer in unit, view looking in towards the community
