Hi! I'm looking to sublet my fully furnished studio in Escondido Village from August 31 to September 24 (the dates are somewhat flexible). The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-equipped for daily living. The kitchen can be left fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils if needed. This is a standard Stanford EV studio. The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and a dining table, and all utilities included in the rent. The room itself comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and computer monitor. You will be rooming with two male Stanford PhD students. Rent is $1460/month utilities included, so for a 20-day period it would be $973. Ideally you should be an enrolled Stanford matriculated graduate student in good standing with the University and with no current housing assignment.
