I'm looking to renew the lease to a current condo I've been renting in Sunnyvale. Rooms will be available to renew lease on August 1st. The condo is 3 bedroom/2.5 bath located about 1.5 miles away from Downtown Sunnyvale and 1.5 miles away from Downtown Mountain View. Downstairs of the house is newly remodeled, hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting, high ceilings, and very spacious. All rooms have new carpet installed. Lots of storage as well!

First Room -
180 square feet - Beautiful spacious master bathroom with a full private bathroom. Large closet. Has two entrances into the house - one is obvious through the main entrance and the second is it's own personal entrance with it's own key from the outside. It's own room heating. Rent: $1,750

Second Room -
150 square feet - Large second bedroom in the house. Large closet and has it's own private storage closet. Room is very spacious and has it's own room heating. Shares a bathroom with one female. Rent - $1,450

For three people, utilities are usually $50-$70 per person for wifi, pg&e, and water.

Me -
Young professional in my 20's working at Stanford. I work a regular 8-5 schedule throughout the week and occasional weekends here and there. Really laid back, enjoy sports, cooking, working out and a good happy hour.
