I am looking for a clean, fun, and awesome roommate! There is one room available in a 3 bed,2.5 bath, quite spacious (1480 sq ft.) townhouse. it is on Scott and Monroe 3 blocks away from nVidia. It is $1100 plus utilities and the cleaning cost that will be divided between the 3 of us. (the cleaning person charges $100 per visit including the tip and cleaning supplies, so it turns out to be around $65 per month per person)

Kitchen, dining area, living area, and a half bath is on the first floor. 2nd floor there is the master bedroom and its bathroom, and two rooms with a full bathroom. You will be sharing the full bathroom with one other roommate. there is also a nice balcony and washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.
