Hi! I'm an incoming post-bacc and am looking for a studio/1b1b or even a 2b (have some potential roommates). I have very flexible move-in dates but would prefer Sept or Oct 1. Ideally less than 20min biking distance to Stanford campus, and parking spot required! I'm looking to sign up to a year long lease. Please let me know if you have anything or have leads! Studio/1b1b Needed!
A Stanford postdoc friend is looking for housing. I am M28, starting a postdoc position in mid-September. I am looking to rent a 1B1B/studio from Sept 1, 2026, to June 30th 2027 (10 months total) either on campus or nearby. A safe neighborhood within biking distance of the campus is preferred. I am extremely clean and organized and will maintain the apartment properly. Currently, my budget is around $3200, but I am flexible.
