Move-in: Ideally August 31, but early September also works
Term: 1–2 months or month-to-month
Location: Stanford / Palo Alto / Los Altos / San Mateo, and potentially areas along the SF–Peninsula corridor (e.g., Millbrae/Burlingame) if convenient
Budget: Under $2,500/month
Other: Female, living alone, no pets, no parking needed, very tidy

Hi! I'm an incoming post-bacc and am looking for a studio/1b1b or even a 2b (have some potential roommates). I have very flexible move-in dates but would prefer Sept or Oct 1. A Stanford postdoc friend is looking for housing. I am M28, starting a postdoc position in mid-September. I am looking to rent a 1B1B/studio from Sept 1, 2026, to June 30th 2027 (10 months total) either on campus or nearby. A safe neighborhood within biking distance of the campus is preferred. I am extremely clean and organized and will maintain the apartment properly. Currently, my budget is around $3200, but I am flexible.
