Hi everyone! I'm a new French postdoctoral fellow at Stanford. I am currently subleasing a room and seeking for a long-term lease. I am looking for a studio or a 1BD/BA apartment with a maximum budget of 2500-2600/month.
Ideal moving: mid-August.
Ideally, the unit need to have a parking lot and/or an easy access to a laundry in the building/unit.
I would be also happy to take the lease from someone who's about to leave.
