I'm an incoming neurology resident at Stanford looking for two more people to fill out an awesomely-priced cute 3BR house opening up in Mountain View. The house will be fun, LGBT-friendly, gender apathetic, and strictly non-smoking. Pictures are attached, though the house will come unfurnished.

The house is located across the 101 from NASA Ames and a 5 minute bike ride to Castro Street and downtown Mountain View. It's a 15 minute virtually equidistant drive to Stanford Hospital, the Palo Alto VA, and Valley Medical Center.

The house features a nice-sized kitchen with gas stove, great central common space with living and dining areas and a small enclosed yard with firepit. Washer/dryer in unit, and driveway and street parking available. 1.5 bath: two toilets, one shower.

The rent is $3400 plus utilities; I'll be taking the bigger room at $1200 and the other two rooms will be available for $1100 per month. I could also be open to someone who wants to pay $2000 per month for both available rooms (i.e. for bedroom and office).

Ideally, I'm looking for folks who would enjoy the house being a common meeting place. While the ideal roommates will obviously be respectful of each other's space and sleep, I really want the house to be the kind of place where dinner parties are common and conversation is merry. Cooking is a plus. Huge bonus if you're politically active and into community organizing, as I am.
