Hello!

We are four girls, all working professionals, looking to replace two roommates.

Where we live: The house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in a family neighborhood with a small backyard and a bonus studio in the back that we use for working out, storage, and occasional guest space. Our neighbors are elderly folks with great senses of humor and community. They always say hi when we are outside. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We have a driveway that fits two cars and also have plenty of free street parking.

The rooms that are available: One room is downstairs and has hardwood floors. The rent for this room is $780/month, not including utilities. We would like to have a new roommate in this room by May 1. The other room is upstairs, carpeted, and larger. The rent for this room is $850/month, not including utilities. The move-in date for this room is more flexible. We would like to fill it sometime between June 1 and July 1. Both rooms have closets and comfortably fit a large bed and furniture.

Who we are: Four happy, smart, and social women in our twenties. We all work full time. We like to hang out, cook dinner, and watch TV in the evenings (our favorite show is the Bachelor/Bachelorette!). We have an occasional social gathering (a few friends over for a board game, a small holiday party, a group of friends over after a football victory). We all drink moderately and socially, but it is not the focus of the house. We do not do drugs. We have a French Bulldog named Franklin. We like living with each other and are very respectful of our home.

Who we are looking for: Two roommates who will love living with us. We share common spaces but there is enough space so that we each have our privacy. We have a preference for female roommates.
