Looking for unfurnished 2 bedroom place, retired Mom of Stanford prof

I have worked at Stanford for 15 years and my mom is moving to the area!
She is 73, active and drives herself around, will probably volunteer at places and hang out with our family who is in the area.

She does not smoke, rarely drinks, and has one house-trained cat.
