Looking for year-long room rental around June 1 (flexible start date)

I am looking to rent a bedroom with private or shared bathroom beginning sometime in June (I can be flexible about exactly when). Would be willing to agree to month to month or sign lease for a year. I work full-time at the School of Medicine.
